Seasonal Driveway Clearing
Residential driveway snow clearing under a seasonal agreement with the applicable snow trigger stated in the contract.
How seasonal service works →
Seasonal residential driveway clearing and commercial snow service with locally planned Oakville routes, clear service triggers and My HSR customer updates.
Oakville winter service is not one-size-fits-all. A Bronte driveway near the lake can face different wind and freeze-thaw conditions than a property farther north in West Oak Trails or River Oaks. HSR keeps its service area intentionally focused so Oakville properties can be integrated into practical storm routes rather than a region-wide schedule.
For residential customers, HSR’s Build & Price system is designed to help you choose the service level that fits the property. Commercial properties are quoted separately because parking areas, private roads, entrances, accessible spaces and other contracted areas require a site-specific plan.

Route availability changes as seasonal capacity fills. These neighbourhood names help homeowners find the correct local service page; an address still needs to be confirmed before service is accepted.
Neighbourhood references describe the local service area and are not separate HSR offices or business locations.

How seasonal service works →Where selected, entrances and pedestrian areas can be serviced using battery-powered snow blowers, power shovels and hand tools where plows cannot work effectively.
Residential service options →Salt service is available when selected. The exact scope, triggers and billing method are controlled by the customer’s agreement.
Ice-management options →The Town of Oakville clears public roads according to its own winter-maintenance priorities. Residential road plowing and the Town’s paid driveway-windrow program are municipal services; they are not the same thing as clearing a private driveway for the season. Oakville’s windrow program specifically addresses the snow left at the driveway entrance after road plows pass and does not clear the private driveway itself.
