Questions about My HSR
Is the My HSR demo a real customer account?
No. The interactive demo uses fictional information and simulated activity. No real customers, invoices, messages, vehicles or payments are connected.
Do I need to register to try it?
No. Select Try the Interactive Demo. The demo login is prefilled with the username and password demo / demo.
Does route status show the truck’s exact GPS location?
No. My HSR shows your position in the service route as our crews complete each stop, but it does not display the truck’s precise GPS location. Showing the exact location could reveal another customer’s address while we service their property. We value our customers’ privacy, so My HSR keeps you informed of route progress without exposing anyone else’s location.
Is My HSR available with gift certificates?
Access depends on the type of service you purchase. A seasonal customer sees their applicable agreement, services and billing; a gift certificate recipient can use the supported registration and storm-booking features. The demo illustrates a fictional seasonal residential account.
